MINE CLOSURE PLANS & LAND RECLAMATION

Reclamation and Abandonment Planning

Post-construction plans are designed for reclamation and abandonment of disturbed sites in order to return them to near original productivity. Final assessments are completed and the appropriate monitoring program is initiated to comply with government permits. The long term goal is to return the land and watershed to a condition which will provide for sustainable development of the resources so opportunities are available to future generations.
